Our Store & Dog Grooming

We're pleased to offer boutique dog grooming services at The Pet Project.

We have a small grooming room, taking only 1 or 2 dogs at a time. We never keep dogs in cages or use drying cabinets to ensure the grooming experience is as relaxing as possible.

If you're unable to attend your appointment, you must advise us at least 48 hours beforehand. Any last minute cancellations, changes or no-shows will strictly incur a $35 fee, regardless of the circumstances or reason of appointment cancellation or change, even in circumstances of an unexpected event that causes the last minute change, the $35 fee will also apply if cancelled or changed with less than 48 hours notice. This is not a penalty, but to cover the cost of our staff's time and loss of appointment for the day.

As we are a one-on-one grooming salon, we try to minimize the numbers of dogs we keep in our salon to achieve a cage-free environment so that your fur babies will enjoy their experience and be more relaxed while they are with us. For this to happen, we require all owners to be punctual in dropping off their dogs and owners are required to pick up their dog as soon as we send up the notification message when your dogs are ready for pick up. A $25 pet minding fee applies if the dog is not picked up within 60 minutes of the message being sent and $25 for every hour, or part hour after that.
